Make-up classes are only scheduled due to inclement weather or the rare case of instructor illness.
In order to maintain class size, consistency and the progression of each student we do not offer make-ups or refunds. Please make every effort to attend your scheduled classes. Swimwithgina.com will extend the option of making up one class to anyone who misses a class due to an illness; providing there are other classes available in the summer schedule to attend. The credit may be applied to any services offered through Swimwithgina.com
Extraordinary circumstances and extended illnesses will be handled on a case-by-case basis and in most cases a credit will be given towards another available session versus money refunded.
